1. About the platform

Pokupi Paket is an intermediary platform that connects parcel senders with drivers already travelling a given route. The platform enables discovery, communication, and record-keeping, but is not a carrier and is not a party to the transport agreement between users.

2. Relationship between users

Drivers and senders contract transport directly with each other. No employment or agency relationship exists between the platform and users.

Payment is made in cash, directly between users. The platform does not process payments during the open beta and charges no commission.

3. Liability

The platform is not liable for the content, condition, value, or legality of parcels, nor for user conduct. Use is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Prohibited items

The sender is responsible for the parcel contents and confirms it contains no prohibited items (see the Safety page). A driver may refuse a parcel that appears suspicious or disallowed.

5. Disputes

In the event of a delivery dispute, users may request platform mediation. Mediation is best-effort and does not constitute binding arbitration.
