1. Data we process

We process the data you enter on registration and use (name, email, phone, parcel locations, messages) and the technical data needed to run the service.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We use data to provide the service, for safety, and to meet legal obligations, in line with the GDPR and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL).

3. Your rights

You have the right to access and export your data, to rectification, and to delete your account. Deletion first soft-deactivates the account; personal data is anonymised after a grace period, while content such as reviews is kept anonymised ("Deleted user").

4. Retention and sharing

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal periods. We use no third-party advertising trackers. Phone numbers are never shown publicly, and recipient data is visible only to booking participants.
