Users can verify email, phone and identity (KYC). Profile badges show what's confirmed, so you know who you're dealing with.

Handover PIN

Pickup and delivery use a six-digit PIN that confirms the package was handed to the right person.

Prohibited items

The following items must not be sent through the platform:

• Weapons, ammunition and explosives
• Drugs and psychoactive substances
• Alcohol and tobacco above personal limits
• Live animals
• Perishable food without prior agreement
• Cash and securities
• Hazardous chemicals
• Counterfeit goods
• Anything illegal under the laws of the Republic of Serbia

Reporting & blocking

You can report a user, listing or message, and block someone from their profile — blocking cuts off messages, bookings and mutual visibility in search.

• Communicate and agree within the app.
• Never share personal financial details.
• Check badges and reviews before you commit.
• Report suspicious behaviour — it protects the whole community.
