1. About the platform

Puncket is an intermediary platform that connects people who want an item from abroad (buyers) with people already travelling from there (travellers). The platform enables discovery, communication and record-keeping. It is not a shop, a carrier or a customs agent, and it is not a party to the agreement between users.

2. Relationship between users

Buyers and travellers agree directly with each other on the item, the reward and the handover. No employment or agency relationship exists between the platform and users.

Payment is made in cash at handover, directly between users: the item price, when the traveller bought it, plus the agreed reward. The platform does not process payments and charges no commission.

3. Purchases

A buyer may order the item to an address the traveller provides, or ask the traveller to buy it, up to the limit the traveller set. When the traveller buys it, the price on the receipt the traveller uploads is the price owed.

4. Customs and prohibited items

The traveller carries the item as personal luggage and is responsible for declaring it where required. Items must fit the duty-free allowance and personal-use limits of the country of entry unless the users agree otherwise, including who pays any duty.

Prohibited items may not be requested or carried (see the prohibited items list). Before agreeing, the traveller confirms the item is allowed; a traveller may refuse any item that appears suspicious or disallowed, and may inspect it before carrying it.

5. Cancellations and reliability

Either side may cancel a deal. A cancellation after the item was bought or within 48 hours of the trip, and a confirmed no-show, are shown on the user’s profile as part of their reliability.

6. Liability

The platform is not liable for the content, condition, value or legality of items, for customs decisions, or for user conduct. Use is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Disputes

If something goes wrong, either side may report a problem on the deal and request platform mediation. The deal is put on hold while our team reviews the chat, the receipt and both accounts. Mediation is best-effort and does not constitute binding arbitration.
