How it works, in one breath
Every week people fly and drive home from abroad with room to spare in a suitcase, and your parcel can take that space. You say where you're buying and what you need; travellers already coming your way answer, and the reward is agreed before anyone commits. Either you order it to the traveller's address abroad, or the traveller buys it for you and you pay the price on the receipt. You meet at an agreed public place, pay in cash, and both of you confirm the handover in the app.
What keeps it honest
Between people who know each other, the favour runs on knowing each other. Between strangers it has to run on procedure, and that is the part we built. Read a traveller's badges, reviews and reliability before you agree. Before every deal the traveller confirms the item is allowed and fits the customs allowance. If something goes wrong, either side can report a problem: the deal goes on hold while someone on our team reads the chat and hears both sides.

Who runs it
Puncket is a non-profit. There are no shareholders, no investors waiting on a return, and nobody whose income rises with the number of parcels brought. It exists for one thing: putting the person who needs something from abroad in touch with the person already coming home.
Where it works
Anywhere a traveller is coming from. Buy in America, Germany, China or next door: if someone is travelling from there to your city, they can bring it. The popular zones are listed first, but a request can name any country.
What it costs to use
Nothing. No fee to open an account, no fee per deal, and no commission on the reward you agree with a traveller. The money never passes through Puncket: it goes from the buyer's hand to the traveller's, in cash, at handover — the item price if the traveller bought it, plus the reward you agreed. There is no cut to take, because there is nothing for us to take it from.
How it stays running
Servers, the identity checks and the people who read disputes all cost money, and that is covered by donations from the people who use the app — buyers and travellers, not advertisers and not investors expecting a return. A donation buys no advantage: no priority in search, no weight in a dispute, no shortcut past our team. Give nothing and the app behaves exactly the same.
